Steps to Repair Corrupt PST File using Outlook ScanPST

I have Office 2021, but it seems to be using the root > Office 16 folder, where I found scanpst.exe. I previously had Office 2019, but I don’t have folders greater than Office 16.
What’s the “/root/” part of the locations? On a regular Outlook installation there’s no “root” folder in the path. Maybe you mixed something up? Like /OfficeXY/? I doubt this article was checked by an experienced person.
