Method 3: Recover from Huawei HiSuite

Hi Stellar. First of all thank you for reaching out to help those in despair and I’m one of them! I’m struggling to follow the step-by-step instructions. I couldn’t find “Menu” in google photos on my Huawei P10, which is where I lost the photos from. I just need them back desperately. I couldn’t even find a straight forward “Back up” on Huawei. Hi, I have been backing pictures up into my computer from my phone just by plugging in the phone and transferring files but in my most recent backup I must have accidentally deleted some of my more recent photos which included my daughters birthday pictures. I gave my mobile to Huawei service center for battery replacement, next thing I found is that they formatted mobile also. For gallery I have backup on Google but problem is other data, which is important for me and I don’t have any back up for that.

I lost maybe 200 photos from my holiday in Krakow. What had happened is this: I connected my phone to my laptop via cable. I did sent my travel photo to my laptop from my phone. I checked my folder in laptop and thought “Yep all the photos are here” and I deleted those photos from my phone. After that I checked the folder in laptop again and noticed that there were maybe 100 photos only and around 200 photos were missing. So what has maybe happened is that when downloading the photos to my laptop, the download process failed and only 1/3 downloaded to my laptop. And I thought that all the photos were downloaded and deleted the photos from phone. So that is why I cannot found those photos from my laptop. Only way to find those photos is from my phone.
I have checked that “recently deleted photos folder” in my phone. Nope. I have used Android Data Recovery and still nothing. I also installed and used Stellar Data Recovery. Well that found many photos but nothing from my Krakow’s photos.
Is there anything I can do?
