      2. I had faced the same issue, I am using icloud service for my business and recoding my CCTV camera footage, icloud is the best service but sometimes some of my files not recognized, not sync and not backup my files, but now it’s all done.

      4. When I have this issue on an iMac or MacBook I follow the given steps:
        In the system settings: go to iCloud, make sure that “iCloud Drive” option is enabled, press the button “options” next to it, here you find all your iCloud storage options, in the below part of the box you will find the setting “optimize Mac-Storage”. Remove the checkmark. All your files will be downloaded to your Mac now.
