      1. My iphone 7 Plus suddenly went to sleep and the screen image has enlarged so i cannot enter my password (only the 5 shows and half of the 2 and 8) so i can’t do anything! I cannot turn the phone off to restart it… Pressing on/off screen button on RHS and front finger-sensitive button at bottom of screen does not bring the apple logo cos it wont switch off! Any help appreciated… TIA.

        1. Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out. The Zoom-in Settings seem to have been activated in your iPhone 7 Plus. As you mentioned, you cannot enter the passcode, so you need to Zoom out. With Zoom turned on, double-tap the screen with three fingers. If that does not work for some reason, you can also deactivate the Zoom option on the phone using iTunes when it is connected via a USB cable.
          I hope it works.

        1. Hi Steve,
The issue you are facing seems more like a software & hardware glitch. For camera applications, software and hardware are tuned together to give users an experience while clicking photos and shooting videos. So you may use another camera app downloaded from the AppStore to check if this is only a software issue or not. This way, you’ll get to know the real problem with the camera app, which is a software issue, and if you don’t want to spend extra bucks, you may use that third-party app or visit the Apple service center to repair it. Another option is to factory reset your iPhone, which I believe you have already tried.

      2. Hi, my iPhone 7plus rear camera has turned blur and the front camera too appear black when I try taking picture. Please help.

        1. Hi Emmanuel,
I believe the issue with the cameras of your iPhone is more of a hardware issue than software. You may check if there are any scratches over the lens, any dirt particles inside, or any bubbles are present. Then, you try out the DIYs for it, like cleaning the lens using a soft microfibre cloth and applying some basic toothpaste without a mixture like Colgate. Rub it over the lens, leave for some time, and then wipe it clean. This may remove the light scratches, and you may check it. Still, if you are facing the issue, I suggest you take your iPhone 7 Plus to your local repair shop if they can do anything.
          I hope it helps!
