I cannot activate Stellar Phoenix
NOTE: The below mentioned steps apply to you if you have face any problem activating the software online. Please follow the below procedure carefully. Please also ensure that Stellar Phoenix has been installed on a fixed drive.

How do I Recover Deleted File(s) and Folder(s)?
Click on particular Logical Drive, which will open the window for three options.You can select the scan option according to the requirement. In case, you are unable to get the desired result through the standard scan, choose advanced scan for better result.

There is an additional feature provided by the software for advance scan i.e. Choose previous file system .

How do I recover formatted logical drives (after reinstalling operating system) ?
In this case you have two ways to recover data:
1. Select the respective physical disk. Click on Raw Data Recovery (make sure that you have checked the list in the "known file types", in case the required file header is not present, new header can be added by clicking on 'Tools > Append Header file > Add.)
2. Double click on Physical Disk in the left pane. You get a Select Appropriate Action window.

Usually standard search will serve your purpose, if not go for the advanced search.

How to recover lost logical volumes?
Double click on the physical disk displayed in the left pane.Click the first icon i.e. Scan for Logical Volume, in the Select Appropriate Action window.As soon as you click the icon, the software will start searching for the lost logical volumes.When searching is complete, all the lost volumes in the disk/drive will appear in the left pane in treeview.Select the volume from which you have to retrieve the lost data and go on with the recovery process to restore all the files.
